人生是一種承受

人生是一種承受，需要學會支撑。支撑事業，支撑家庭，甚至支撑起整個社會，有支撑就一定會有承受，支撑起多少重量，就要承受多大壓力。從某種意義上說，生活本身就是一種承受。
　　承受痛苦。痛苦就人生而言，常常扮演著不速之客的角色，往往不請自到，有些痛苦來的温柔，如同漫漫降臨的黄昏，在不知不覺間你會感到冰冷和黑暗；有些痛苦來的突然，如同一陣颶雨、一陣怒濤，讓我們來不急防範；當我們屈服于痛苦的時候，他可能使我們沮喪、潦倒，甚至在絕望中走向死亡。當我們承受了痛苦，我們就會變的堅强自信，那麼，此時，痛苦就變成了一筆物價的財富。

　　承受幸福。幸福需要享受，但有時候，幸福也會輕而易舉的擊敗一個人。當幸福突然來臨的時候，人們往往會被幸福的旋渦淹没，從幸福的颠峰上跌落下來。承受幸福，就是要珍視幸福而不是一味的沉淀其中，如同面對一堆陳年老酒，一飲而盡往往會爛醉如泥不省人事，只有細品慢酌，才會品出真正的香醇甜美。

　　承受平淡。人生中，除了幸福和痛苦，平淡占據了我們生活的大部分。承受平淡，同樣需要一份堅軔和耐心，平淡如同一杯清茶，點綴著生活的寧静和温馨。在平淡的生活中，我們需要承受淡淡的孤寂與失落，承受揮之不去的枯燥與沉寂，還要承受遥遥無期的等待與無奈.

　　承受孤獨。會使我們倍加珍惜友誼；承受失敗，會使我們的信心更加堅定與深厚；承受責任。會使我們體會到誠實與崇高；承受愛情，則會使我們心靈更臻充盈、完美。當我們終于學會心平氣和的去承受時，那麼，我們的人生就更到達一個更高的境地了。

天氣寒冷加上忙碌的生活壓力，眼睛容易因為血液循環不良導致黑眼圈，或是因為乾燥讓眼睛鬆弛老化，冬季該如何正確保養眼睛周圍肌膚，美容師建議，只要找到適合自己的演雙並加上正確的按摩，大家都可以是冬季電眼美人。

寒冷的冬風吹過臉龐，最敏感的莫過於嬌嫩的肌膚，乾燥缺水導致細紋甚至皺紋就悄悄爬到臉上。如果問題發生在眼睛，衰老的現象就會更明顯，讓許多民眾感到相當的苦惱。

冬季保養，首先必須重視眼睛的呵護，選擇質地清爽又適合自己的產品之後，再透過專業的按摩手技，黑眼圈甚至細紋就不容易在臉上留下歲月的痕跡。

保養品業者教育訓練課長謝娟娟說：「在眉頭的地方，有一個叫攢竹穴，可以輕壓，然後在下眼頭的地方，這個叫睛明穴，可以這個地方做指壓，最後在眼尾的地方，這個是所謂瞳子穴，輕壓，配合三個地方的指壓，就可以讓我們的眼睛周圍的血行速度加快，對於眼霜的吸收功效就會大大的提高。」

郭富城小巨蛋開唱 high翻歌迷

(中央社記者吳璘函、陳亦偉台北13日電)歌手郭富城今天在台北小巨蛋開唱，他站在5層樓高的450度旋轉舞台上載歌載舞，現場歌迷則歡呼、尖叫不斷。

郭富城今、明兩天在台北小巨蛋舉行「舞林正傳世界巡迴演唱會」，被喻為是今年全台票價最貴、成本最高的演唱會。12年未在台開唱的郭富城風采依舊，除節目設計精采，郭富城也展現超強舞技，絕無冷場，high翻現場近1萬3000名歌迷。

演唱會隨舞台中央的大型白色布幕降下正式開始，上身僅穿著一片三角形小布料的郭富城，一連唱「舞林正傳」、「純真傳說」、「飛」 3首歌曲，載歌載舞之餘也展現苦練多時的肌肉，其中郭富城穿梭在高低槓間，並站立在約兩個人高的雙槓上一邊做出體操動作一邊唱歌，體力和臂力驚人。

而從香港空運來台、創下金氏世界紀錄的 450度的旋轉舞台，也首次在台灣歌迷面前亮相，郭富城隨著轉動中的巨型旋轉舞台做表演，連續演唱多首動感十足歌曲。

郭富城為了這次台灣場的演唱會，除演唱多首歌迷耳熟能詳的曲子「對你愛不完」、「誰會記得我」、「狂野之城」、「我是不是該安靜地走開」，也化身鋼琴王子現場彈奏、演唱國語版的「三岔口」，勾起台灣歌迷的記憶。971213

從口渴測你的野蠻指數

你一個人在語言不通的非洲，你非常口渴，好不容易看見一個賣水的老婆婆，你會怎麼做？

A、比手畫腳

B、畫圖

C、找人幫忙

D、算了不買了，忍一下吧

E、邊比邊說

解析：

選擇A：如果和別人發生了矛盾就會與對方冷戰，好幾天不說話，表面故做平靜，各做各的事，互不理睬，要不就是拿東西撒氣，摔摔打打，畢竟一肚子的火憋在心裏不好受，總要多多少少噴出一點嘛。其實倒不如痛痛快快把心裏的不滿發泄出來，天天看你陰沉的臉色，周圍人也是提心吊膽，不知該如何是好呢！

選擇B：你是一個聰明的人，如果誰招惹到了你，一般不會大吵大鬧，先是不動聲色盡力掩藏自己的情緒，忍耐再忍耐，等待於情於理都到了火候，你就會以大義凜然、名正言順的方式，大肆使用暴力，讓對方知道你也不是好惹的。你的火暴脾氣不發是不發，一發嚇死人哦！有句俗話：“老虎不發威，當我是病貓啊！”

選擇C：遇到不愉快的事，你只會自己在暗地裏傷心，實在憋悶到極點有可能傷害自己哦！就是不會去傷害對方。潛意識裏你有自殘的傾向，這是一種逃避問題的表現，你的心理抗壓能力比較弱，一旦發生事情不管大小都會覺得難以承受，性格又比較內向，所以只能把火往自己身上撒，這可真不值得啊！

選擇D：你可是有張刀片般鋒利的嘴啊！對於行為暴力你是敬而遠之，但在語言暴力上你可是屬於大師級人物。要是看誰不順眼，就會抓住對方的痛處講個沒完，從你嘴裏出來的話絕對不會讓對方覺得不痛不癢，刻薄得就差把對方吃進肚子裏了！嘴上不饒人就是你的真實寫照，這樣下去即使你有顆豆腐心，也不容易讓人發覺啊。

選擇E：基本上你和第二型很像，平時非常的溫和傳統，遇到不愉快的事情也會儘量隱埋得讓人看不出來，只有忍無可忍的時候才會大大爆發。只是區別在於，第二型的人是在伺機爆發，非常的有心計，而你其實連自己都不知道會什麼時候發作，只是在超過忍耐的極限時，突然的性情大變，發泄一通。

快樂是發現得來的

周末午後，無緣由被點名訓話，
帶著一肚子氣步出辦公室，
迎面而來是冷的天氣；
加上陰冷的情緒，心情一下跌至了谷底。
細雨紛飛的站牌下，不禁對諸事不順遂
而怪嗔、怨懟起來。
無意識上了公車，
在擁擠的沙丁魚陣中仍為自己的際遇不平而怨天尤人。
想著他人憑著家世背景，
一進公司便在眾人之上，
而為公司賣命多年的自己，
仍只是別人的出氣筒，想到這裡，
心情就更加暗淡了。
快要下車前，走到司機身旁摸索著找零錢，
卻越摸越著急，身上竟沒有半個銅板！
眼看車已靠站，司機、乘客面面相覷，
卻沒有一個人準備同情我！
不得已之下，我只好拿出千元大鈔，
顫抖著手準備投入「恕不找零」
的投幣口，突然... ...
一位婆婆丟進十五元，告訴司機：
「兩票」便拉著我下車。
下車後我才知道，其實婆婆是不用錢的，
她身上的零錢只是隨時為有緣人準備；
而且今天也為了我提早兩站下車，
只因看我臉色不佳，想陪我一下而已。
知道這件事後，我滿! 臉! 羞赧，
想到婆婆剛才就站在我身邊，
而我卻沒有起身讓坐……
後來反倒讓她來幫助我，真令我無地自容，
一小段路程，婆婆一直溫柔地執著我的手，
解開我的眉梢，融化我的怨懟。
臨別前她送了一個晴天小和尚給我，
是她親手縫製的，

上面寫著：
手把青秧插滿田，低頭便見水中天；
心地清淨方為道，退步原來是向前。

婆婆說：
世上本來就不公平，我們際遇不好，
卻有人比我們更糟；
我們怨上天不公平，
那麼換成我們是老天爺呢？
我們能做得更好嗎？
凡事要多方面想想，其實自己是很幸運的了。
當婆婆說這話時，陽光在她慈祥的背影後綻放，
而我也才發現她的腿不太方便，
但竟為了一個陌生人，
辛苦地多走一段路，反倒快樂無比……
我的淚水滑落，自己的任性造成了
別人的不便，
原來自己也處處給別人惹麻煩哪！
婆婆謝謝您！您說的話我都聽進去了，
現在的我每天都努力過得很快樂。

快樂不是用追求得來的，快樂是發現得來的，

凡事總有好的一面，
只在於我們願不願意去發現而已；

快樂的人懂得惜福，
他們從不埋怨自己缺少什麼，
而會去珍惜自己擁有些什麼。
