你有沒有感到快要被逼瘋了，來自工作的，家庭的的壓力讓你喘不過氣來，那麼在壓力威脅到你的健康之前，想想辦法，營救自己吧！

1.一次只擔心一件事情。

　　女人的焦慮往往超過男人。哈佛大學的研究人員對166名已婚夫婦進行了6個星期的研究,發現了因為女人們更愛方方面面地考慮問題,所以女人們比男人更經常感到壓力。她會考慮自己的工作、體重,還有每個家庭成員的健康等等。

2.每天集中精力幾分鐘。

　　比如現在的工作就是把這份報告打好,其他的事情一概拋在腦後,不去想。在工作的間隙,你也可以花上20分鐘的時間放鬆一下,僅僅是散步而不考慮你的工作,僅僅專注於你周圍的一切,比如你看見什麼,聽見什麼,感覺到什麼,聞到什麼氣味等等。

3.說出或寫出來你的擔憂。

　　記日記,或與朋友一起談一談,至少你不會感覺孤獨而且無助。美國的醫學專家曾經對一些患有風濕性關節炎或氣喘的人進行分組,一組人用敷衍塞責的方式記錄他們每天做了的事情。另外的一組被要求每天認真地寫日記,包括他們的恐懼和疼痛。結果研究人員發現：後一組的人很少因為自己的病而感到擔憂和焦慮。

4.不管你有多忙碌，一定要鍛練。

　　研究人員發現在經過30分鐘的踏腳踏車的鍛鍊後,被測試者的壓力水平下降了25%。上健身房,快走30分鐘,或者在起床時進行一些伸展練習都行。

5.享受按摩的樂趣。

　　不只是傳統的全身按摩,還包括足底按摩,修指甲或美容,這些都能讓你的精神鬆弛下來。

6.放慢說話的速度。

　　也許你每天的桌上擺滿了要看的文件,你的右手在接聽電話,左手還要翻看資料。你要應付形形色色的人,說各種各樣的話。那麼你一定要記住,儘量保持樂觀的態度,放慢你的速度。

7.不要太嚴肅。

　　不妨和朋友一起說個小笑話,大家哈哈一笑,氣氛活躍了,自己也放鬆了。事實上,笑不僅能減輕緊張,還有增進人體的免疫力的功能。

8.不要讓否定的聲音圍繞自己,而把自己逼瘋。

　　老闆也許會說你這不行那不行,實際上自己也是有著許多優點的,只是老闆沒發現而已。

9.讓自己徹底放鬆一天。

　　讀一篇小說,唱歌,啜茶,或者乾脆什麼也不做,坐在窗前發呆。這時候關鍵是你內心的體會,一種寧靜,一種放鬆。

10.至少記住今天發生的一件好事情。

　　不管你今天多辛苦,多不高興,回到家裡,都應該把今天的一件好事情同家人分享。
